About Golden Care Academy:

Since 2002 Golden Care Academy has been training caring people to become exceptional caregivers. As a non-profit organization, our mission is to empower individuals aspiring to serve others in a professional healthcare career by providing them with the skills, training and support they need to succeed. Golden Care Academy provides subsidized vocational training in high-demand healthcare fields including: Certified Nurse Aide (CNA), Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) and Restorative Nurse Aide (RNA). Continuing Education Unit (CEU) classes for CNAs are also offered. Golden Care Academy is founder and host of the annual Golden Caregiver Awards, which honor the organizations and people who provide essential programs and services that improve the lives of people living in the San Diego community.
